Vision Correction Consultation

The first step to improved vision is a personalized un-rushed consultation completed by a vision correction surgeon. At Providence Eye & Laser Specialists you will go through a meticulous 2 - 2.5 hour personalized examination with your potential surgeon, Dr. Nunnery. This is not just a screening. Why? Because this is your vision, your most precious sense, and it is unique to you. When your consultation is complete your questions will be answered, and you will have a personalized recommendation from your surgeon that meets your vision needs for your personal and professional life.

Discover the different types of vision correction needs we treat at Providence Eye - if one of these sounds like you, it may be time to come in for a vision correction consultation.

Distance Vision

I have generally healthy eyes and I am under the age of 60 - however, when I am not wearing glasses or contacts it is difficult for me to see upcoming road signs while driving, recognize people far away, or even see my alarm clock. I basically wear my contacts or glasses all of the time.

Distance & Near Vision

I have generally healthy eyes and I am under the age of 60. I used to only have trouble with distance vision. Now I can’t read my phone, a restaurant menu, and I am juggling contacts, glasses, reading glasses, bifocals, progressives, etc. I have trouble seeing anything up close or far away.

Near Vision Only

I have generally healthy eyes and I am under the age of 60. I never needed glasses before and now I have multiple pairs of reading glasses at home, in the office, basically everywhere! I need to put on glasses when there are handouts at work, when I read a book, even when I eat my dinner.
