We take pride in the fact that many of our patients tell us that their general eye exam at Providence Eye & Laser Specialists has been the most thorough exam they have ever had, and they are appreciative of the amount of time they were able to spend with the doctor. Most of your time in our office is spent evaluating and talking to you, not reading a magazine in the reception area. During your comprehensive general eye exam, you can expect to spend approximately one and a half hours in our office. During that time, the following steps will occur:
Annual eye exams are important to your eye health whether you have perfect vision, wear contacts and/or glasses, or have had laser vision correction.
Providence Eye participates with most medical insurance carriers. We do not participate in vision plans. Please review your medical insurance coverage, as you may have routine vision care included with your medical coverage. We will be happy to check your insurance for you and tell you what you would be financially responsible for on the day of your exam.
