The selection of an eye care provider and/or vision correction surgeon is an important one that encompasses many facets.

First and foremost you need to select a doctor/surgeon and a practice that is experienced, makes you feel comfortable and instills confidence.
Secondly, you need to understand your options and select the one that will meet your expectations both short term and long term.
Finally, you need to make a financial decision that makes good sense for you and your family.

Here at Providence Eye & Laser Specialists, we respect each component of this decision and are committed to communicating with patients and being transparent about the necessary financial investment and payment options.

How to Pay for Eye Care and Vision Correction Procedure

For LASIK, PRK, Refractive Lens Exchange(RLE), Implantable Collamer Lens(ICL) all of which are considered elective procedures, we accept the following forms of payment:
- Bank Check
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
- Flex Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- Financing with Wells Fargo and Care Credit® with approved credit.
- Insurance, some may provide a nominal discount, although most consider this an uncovered, elective procedure
For cataract surgery and general eye care, we will be happy to file with your medical insurance on your behalf. We participate with most major medical plans. Please note we do not participate with vision insurance.
